Creative Core is a creative production center responding to Üçyol’s fragmented and dense urban fabric, where citizens seek spaces to create, encounter, and interact. The project reconnects two sites previously divided by a highway by lowering the vehicular route underground, transforming the intersection into a multi-functional urban square. This plaza, surrounded by architectural volumes, hosts both open and enclosed spaces for collaborative production. The complex includes a performance hall, recording studios, co-working offices, workshops, and public outdoor spaces, inviting users to engage as both observers and makers. Rather than acting as a singular object, the proposal functions as a system of organization, emphasizing programmatic density and spatial relationships. In this context, bigness is not a matter of scale but of complexity—interpreted through the richness of intersecting programs and shared experiences embedded in the architectural flow.
Creative Core, Üçyol’un parçalı ve yoğun işlevsel dokusu içinde kentlilerin üretim, karşılaşma ve etkileşim ihtiyacına cevap veren yaratıcı bir üretim merkezidir. Proje, otoyolla ikiye bölünen araziyi, taşıt trafiğini yerin altına çekerek birleştirir ve bu birleşim noktasında çok işlevli bir kentsel meydan oluşturur. Bu meydan, etrafını saran yapı bloklarıyla birlikte açık ve kapalı üretim alanlarını bütünler. Performans salonu, kayıt stüdyoları, ortak çalışma ofisleri, atölyeler ve kamusal açık alanlardan oluşan kompleks; üretimi görünür kılarak kullanıcıları izleyici ve üretici olarak bir araya getirir. Proje, mimari bir nesne olmaktan ziyade, işlevsel yoğunluğu ve ilişkisel dolaşımıyla bir organizasyon sistemi olarak çalışır. Bigness kavramı bu yapıda fiziksel büyüklükten çok, programatik karmaşıklık ile yeniden yorumlanır.
