Located in the urban context of İzmir Üçyol, this project integrates agricultural, production, and educational units to create an innovative and multifunctional learning environment. It functions as a center for exploring the environmental impacts of sound and enabling experimental studies. By analyzing the soundscape data of the urban context, the building’s massing is determined, creating a structure that harmonizes with its surroundings and promotes social interaction. The sound data defines the circulation patterns, spatial configuration, and void-to-solid zones within the design. Modular and adaptable structures merge various programmatic spaces, blending seamlessly with the urban fabric. Prioritizing public access, the building fosters a strong connection with the ground, establishing a permeable interface that offers an open and accessible space for the city’s dwellers.
İzmir Üçyol’un kentsel dokusunda yer alan bu proje, tarım, üretim ve eğitim birimlerini bir araya getirerek yenilikçi ve çok işlevli bir öğrenme alanı sunar. Sesin çevresel etkilerini keşfeden ve deneysel çalışmalar için olanak tanıyan bir merkez işlevi görür. Kentsel dokudaki ses verilerini analiz ederek, bina kütlesinin yerleşim kararını şekillendirir; bu sayede çevresel faktörlerle uyumlu, sosyal etkileşimi destekleyen bir yapı ortaya çıkar. Ses verileri, yapının sirkülasyon şemalarını, boşluk-doluluk oranlarını ve alan yerleşimini belirler. Modüler ve esnek yapılar, farklı kullanım alanlarını birleştirerek kentsel yaşamla bütünleşir. Kamusal erişimi ön planda tutan yapı, zeminle güçlü bir ilişki kurarak kentliler için geçirgen bir alan oluşturur.
