Underground Breath

The collection focuses on the unique underground cities of Cappadocia, inspired by our cultural heritage. This project is based on the architecture and atmosphere of the tunnels that people have built and lived in for various reasons throughout history. The collection is inspired by the circular passages, stone textures and organic forms of these structures. A strong colour harmony has been achieved with the green, rose-dry, brown and tile tones used in the designs; a visual integrity has been achieved. The traces of the underground tunnels from the past are reinterpreted through the clothes and carried to the present. The Underground Breath is an experimental collection that aims to express both a physical space and the historical process that took place there through contemporary fashion language.
Bu koleksiyon, kültürel mirasımızdan ilham alarak Kapadokya’nın eşsiz yeraltı şehirlerine odaklanır. Bu projede, tarih boyunca insanların çeşitli nedenlerle inşa edip yaşadığı tünellerin mimarisi ve atmosferi temel alınmıştır. Koleksiyon, bu yapıların dairesel geçitlerinden, taş dokularından ve organik formlarından esinlenerek oluşturulmuştur. Tasarımlarda kullanılan yeşil, gül kurusu, kahverengi ve kiremit tonlarıyla güçlü bir renk uyumu yakalanmış; görsel bir bütünlük sağlanmıştır. Yeraltı tünellerinin geçmişe dair taşıdığı izler, giysiler aracılığıyla yeniden yorumlanarak günümüze taşınmıştır. Yeraltı Nefesi , hem fiziksel bir mekânı hem de orada yaşanmış olan tarihsel süreci çağdaş moda diliyle ifade etmeyi amaçlayan deneysel bir koleksiyondur.
