UNIBO is a physical-digital hybrid consulting system designed to provide university students with fast and accurate guidance on internship, career, and administrative processes. Students often struggle to access up-to-date and reliable information due to fragmented sources and the high volume of requests directed to counseling units, resulting in time loss and uncertainty.
As a solution to this problem, UNIBO offers a hybrid consulting experience that combines a smart, mobile advisor with an interactive application. Unlike traditional fixed kiosks, the system responds to user requests and delivers services directly within the campus. Operating on a demand-driven model, it simplifies access to information, reduces dependency on physical offices, and improves the overall campus consulting experience.
UNIBO, üniversite öğrencilerine staj, kariyer ve idari süreçlerde hızlı ve doğru yönlendirme sağlamak amacıyla tasarlanmış fiziksel-dijital hibrit bir danışmanlık sistemidir. Üniversite öğrencileri, dağınık bilgi kaynakları ve danışmanlık birimlerine yönelen yoğun talepler nedeniyle güncel ve güvenilir bilgiye hızlı erişimde zorlanmakta, bu durum zaman kaybı ve belirsizlik yaratmaktadır.
Bu probleme çözüm olarak UNIBO, akıllı ve hareketli bir danışman ile etkileşimli bir uygulamayı bir araya getiren hibrit bir danışmanlık deneyimi sunar. Geleneksel sabit kioskların aksine sistem, kullanıcı taleplerine yanıt vererek kampüs içinde doğrudan hizmet sunar. Talep odaklı çalışan bu sistem, bilgiye erişimi kolaylaştırırken fiziksel ofislere olan bağımlılığı azaltır ve kampüs içi danışmanlık deneyimini iyileştirir.
