Wasabis Stuck in Life
Wasabis Stuck in Life is a project that explores the emotional experience of feeling stuck in contemporary life inspired by Carl Jung's theory of "provisional life." Through collectible-style 3D figures and packaging design, the project creates a world where different emotional states are transformed into symbolic characters and objects. Each figure represents a personal emotional condition such as anxiety, exhaustion, uncertainty, emotional numbness, pressure, or disconnection. Rather than presenting a single narrative, the project gives people space to interpret and express their own emotional experiences through different shapes, forms, and visual identities. The figures function as emotional reflections, allowing viewers to recognize parts of themselves within exaggerated yet familiar characters. By transforming invisible emotional experiences into physical collectible forms, Wasabis Stuck in Life encourages personal reflection on how people emotionally adapt, survive, and exist within the repetitive structures of everyday life.

Wasabis Stuck in Life, Carl Jung’un “provisional life” teorisinden ilham alan ve çağdaş yaşam içerisinde sıkışmış hissetme deneyimini araştıran bir projedir. Koleksiyon figürü estetiğindeki 3D karakterler ve ambalaj tasarımları aracılığıyla proje, farklı duygusal durumları sembolik karakterlere ve nesnelere dönüştüren bir dünya yaratır. Her figür; kaygı, tükenmişlik, belirsizlik, duygusal hissizlik, baskı veya kopukluk gibi kişisel duygusal durumları temsil eder. Proje tek bir anlatı sunmak yerine, insanların kendi duygusal deneyimlerini farklı şekiller, formlar ve görsel kimlikler üzerinden yorumlamasına ve ifade etmesine alan açar. Figürler, izleyicilerin kendilerinden parçalar bulabileceği duygusal yansımalar olarak işlev görür. Görünmez duygusal deneyimleri fiziksel ve koleksiyonluk formlara dönüştüren Wasabis Stuck in Life, insanların gündelik yaşamın tekrar eden yapıları içinde nasıl duygusal olarak var olduğunu ve hayatta kaldığını sorgulamayı amaçlar.
