New Generation Micro-City: The Living Space of the Future

Developed for the year 2075, this project aims to offer sustainable solutions to global challenges such as migration-driven housing shortages, environmental pollution, depletion of natural resources, and social isolation. Located in İzmir’s Üçyol district, the project features AI-assisted co-living micro housing capsules, productive greenhouses, and shared social spaces that foster community engagement. These economically accessible capsules combine individual comfort with communal living, while the integrated “food bazaar” encourages local production, exchange, and gastronomy. The project presents a holistic urban lifestyle model that is environmentally conscious, socially inclusive, economically viable, and production-oriented. Seamlessly integrated into the urban fabric, it establishes strong ties with its surrounding context and offers a pioneering example of a future-oriented urban ecosystem.
2075 yılına yönelik geliştirilen bu proje, göç kaynaklı barınma sorunları, çevre kirliliği, doğal kaynakların tükenmesi ve sosyal izolasyon gibi küresel problemlere sürdürülebilir çözümler sunmayı amaçlamaktadır. İzmir Üçyol’da konumlanan proje; doğayla uyumlu, yapay zeka destekli ortak yaşam, mikro konut kapsülleri, üretim seraları ve topluluk yaşamına alan açan sosyal mekanlardan oluşmaktadır. Ekonomik bütçelere uygun bu kapsüller, bireysel konfor ile ortak yaşam deneyimini bir araya getirirken, “food bazaar” alanı sayesinde yerel üretim ve paylaşımı teşvik eder. Proje; çevreci, üretken, sosyal ve ekonomik olarak bütüncül bir yaşam modeli önerir. Kent dokusuna entegre olarak bulunduğu bölgeyle güçlü bağlar kurar ve geleceğin yaşam alanları için örnek bir kentsel ekosistem sunar.
