Zeytinburnu sahilinde 320.000 m² alana yayılan "Nexus", altyapısal engellerle bölünen yaya sürekliliğine proaktif bir sistem tasarımı ile yanıt verir. Tasarım, sahil şeridindeki karma kullanımlı kompleksi kuzeydeki spiritüel odak noktasıyla entegre eden kentsel bir eşik olarak kurgulanmıştır. İki araziyi otoyol altından bağlayan aks, salt bir sirkülasyon hattı değil; kentin dünyevi ritminden manevi mekana geçişi hazırlayan atmosferik bir kesişim rotasıdır. Program; +200 metrelik monolitik bir kule bünyesindeki konut, otel ve ofis birimleri ile topografyaya eklemlenen geçirgen bir ticaret ve eğitim bazasından oluşur. Yapının kalbinden geçen kavramsal araç aksı görünür kılınırken; yapıyı çevreleyen yaya ağları farklı atmosferik deneyim alanları sunar. Algoritmik tasarım ve organik modelleme yöntemleriyle türetilen bu formasyon, kamusal yaşantıyı, barınmayı ve maneviyatı bütünleştiren bütüncül bir mekansal alternatif sunar.
Spanning 320,000 m² on the Zeytinburnu coast, "Nexus" provides a proactive systemic response to the lack of pedestrian continuity caused by infrastructural barriers. The design is conceived as an urban portal integrating the mixed-use complex on the coastline with the northern spiritual anchor. The underpass connecting the two plots serves not merely as a circulation element, but as an atmospheric intersection that prepares the transition from the worldly urban rhythm to the spiritual space. The program consists of a +200-meter monolithic tower housing residential, hotel, and office units, combined with a porous commercial and educational base integrated into the topography. While the conceptual vehicular axis passing through the complex is rendered visible, the surrounding pedestrian networks create diverse atmospheric experiential zones. Generated through algorithmic design and organic modeling techniques, this formation offers a spatial alternative that integrates public functions, residential life, and spirituality.
